How many nuts in 1 serving?


Almonds– 23 (my favorite)  –  When I want some extra protein in my salad, I add a handful of Almonds!

Cashews – 18
Hazelnuts – 21 whole kernels
Macadamias:  10-12
Pecans – 19 halves
Pine Nuts – 167
Pistachios – 49 whole kernels
Walnuts – 14 halves
